Oh that’s funny, I actually might be looking to move to corpus in the next year. I live in SA.
If you want to start working in an office and don’t want to do sales, you can maybe look into bookkeeping or other entry level accounting positions. I am a book keeper with no degree (yet) and it is not too bad. Sort of boring but I’m off at 5 every day unless I choose to stay later and it is not too difficult. You can take some accounting classes once you start and move up that way, or just move up through work. You should be able to start at equal or more than what you are making now.
