Debating on starting as a flex

My other receivers are Justin Jefferson and amari Cooper. They both have a good matchup but the Vikings defense is spotty and Olave is starting to get more volume. What do you guys think

With Dalton potentially starting Olave may not get those deep balls he has been getting. Conversely with MT13 maybe out there are more target share for him.
That said I love Samuel so far, and he is a must start at this point. He is getting tons of targets (30 through 3 games) and is getting the second most carries behind Gibson. He is basically Deebo lite at this point. Dallas defense is stout, but all it takes is Diggs missing on one INT for him to get a 70 yard TD and having a big day.
