Maybe the question could be re-framed as in:

Using a scale of 0-10, what's the ratio of their accomplishments / raw potential first day on campus = who scores higher?

IMO:
JR is 9/9 = 1
RP is 3/10 = .3

So RP was a much bigger bust in college. That said, RP contributed more to his SEC and natty ring than JaMarcus did.
