Wiseman never should have been ruled ineligible. There was nothing to punish.

Hardaway, a memphis booster, paid for wiseman, a known high level basketball recruit, to move to memphis before his junior year of high school. Wiseman then attended memphis when hardaway, who has indisputably given him money, conveniently became the coach shortly after wiseman moved to memphis.

Athletes making money on their own YouTube channels were ruled ineligible before NIL, but wiseman shouldn’t have been?

Probation is a harsh penalty for literally no offense.

Probation is literally not a punishment.

Playing a player ruled ineligible is literally an offense.

Hardaway gave UofM a one-time gift of 1M in 2007. He was not a booster in the sense anyone uses the word.

The hell it isn't. It's a deferred sentence.
