Proposed law is dumb, but what would you do if that same emergency happened after you had 10-12 beers and was pretty good and drunk?


The law is bad enough, but the few folks stating there would just be absolutely nothing you could do if you were drinking at home and there was an emergency...you don't have to go that illogical extreme, the law is bad enough as is without the exaggeration needed.
