Yes, but it’s been a pretty shitty stock since inception. On its first day of trading(4/18/16) it traded as high as $36, and it’s never reached there since. It’s largely flat over 3 and 5 years.

No.
You can’t really buy any company for their market cap. If you tried, their market cap would go up substantially.
