Did they pump in a bunch of mail-ins or fix things electronically?
I don't really trust that Phillips guy, but I saw last week where they think there is rock solid evidence the CCP has info on most poll workers?!

The Dominion machines had their vote switching algorithm and the mail in's covered the switching of votes

I have an RFP from the Company from 2014. That is exactly what the software does as intended. So the question is, could CCP gain access to the information? And to think “no” is pretty naive.
