I agree, its questionable at best.
Its understandable, because the allegation could likely ruin their career.
If a top heart surgeon would lose their career making that allegation and have to take a 95% pay cut, they'd think long about it too.

we just witnesssed this. it was called 'vax and shut up about adverse effects'
99% of the physicians in this country fell in line.
