re: Entergy destroyed my home's AC system

A couple years ago, I was having issues with Entergy's power coming into my home, just like you. Although, it did not matter if I was running any other appliances. There were "momentary power dips", if you will, where the lights would dim for a whole second, then return to full power. When this dip would happen, my AC compressor would cut off due to the low power, then try and come back on instantly against a load. As you could well imagine, it was frying my compressor, evidenced by the heinous buzzing sound.
I called Entergy non-stop. Every time it happened, I called them. I called them at 5pm, I called them at 2am, I called them on Sundays.
My compressor eventually locked up and had to be replaced. I kept on calling Entergy. They finally came out and installed a level meter, then upon checking it a week later, admitted their power supply was at fault. I filed a claim with them and was reimbursed in full for the cost of the compressor replacement.
I don't know if you'll have the same fortune, as it didn't sound like you've adequate evidence, but good luck to you. If you can prove it was their fault, you will have a case.

Could you please point out how I file a claim? I don't see it anywhere on their website
