Barry, you don't want me to call YOU "disingenuous," do you? That argument is beneath you.

You know as well as I do that something which is proven to be incorrect is not necessarily fraudulent.

If I last saw your car in your driveway, I do not commit "fraud" by saying so, just because you subsequently moved it into the garage without my knowledge.
