Hasn't the window already closed for him to transfer and play elsewhere this year? or is the rule different for a grad transfer? The NIL thing is probably the only thing that would prevent him from leaving. Justin McMillian transferred to Tulane a week or two into fall camp when Joe got here so its not unprecedented as I'm sure some small school like a Tulane or southern miss would take him
