Like Oakland?

The problem with the Bay Area and San Francisco is that it’s really spread out and expensive everywhere.

Golden Gate Bridge and Marin county to the north, Bay Bridge and Oakland to the east, Silicon Valley and more expensive real estate to the south, and the Pacific Ocean to the West.

There are no cheaper suburbs like a lot of other cities have.
