I reckon the 100lb line is to just set the hook and not necessarily try to keep them there.

Feral hogs are a problem, but there is an ethical way of killing them and an unethical way. That's a brutal and inhumane way of killing hogs, and I guarantee he isn't moving the needle one bit.
