There were times I was 230+ and legit would have convos in my head about do I just say frick it or start to do something about it. This probably happened 6-7 times. Finally did something about it and I’m 178 now and have been for 6-months.

How did you get over the hump, and what did you do to lose and keep off the weight?

Let me start by saying I am not the norm. I have a great metabolism and was an athlete through college.

When I gained weight it was because I was comfortable in a relationship. She also gained weight. 7-years later we were both fat as frick and I was disgusted by looking at us in photos. That was what finally got me to make a change. It wasn’t easy either, it ruined my relationship because she didn’t take it as seriously as I did and now I am single. I am happy, but I lost a woman I thought I’d marry.

Soon after college I stopped working out and let my dietary norm continue and it blew me up. Drank a lot as well.

Now i intermittent fast until 2 pm everyday at the earliest, work out and also limit fast food to 1-2 times a week. It really is a lot about just being even relatively disciplined in our ‘consume’ society.
