It’s not just them. And I think with winning this I would take care of most relatives and friends. But people will come out of the woodwork.

I'm giving my family/friends a lump sum up front and they're not getting another cent. I would treat them to occasional things at MY discretion.
Obviously there are some extreme circumstances that could change this though

a series of trust for whatever family you need to pay off. Make it to where they can't touch for a little while. If they buy anything they will end up like Johnny Roastbeef in the back of his pink caddie.
this is all set up without their knowledge of the winnings until i present paperwork. Nothing is on their terms.
the next stop is that i won't be seen for awhile.
