I honestly don't think all of those tools are going to fit in that tool bag. And somehow, even off you could carefully nest it all together like a monkey puzzle, I feel like you would always have to remove ALL of it to access ANY of it.

Def some straps and extra bungee
Keep a medium med kit, small compressor and extra long jumpers in back.
