Nintendo started doing this random Game Trial thing recently, and they are doing a week or so of The Show right now. I thought about getting it before but didn't know if it would be worth the price, so I figured what the hell I'd download the trial especially since I'm heading to Little Rock tomorrow and it would be a good time killer.

I downloaded it Friday and pretty much hijacked my entire weekend playing. It's not without flaws, but it's a damn strong port and has been a blast to play (especially the Road mode). I don't do online or the pay to play shite but they're about to get my money for this game as it's half off to buy right now.

TLDR version: frick you EA reheating the same FIFA game for 5 years while Sony of all companies gives Nintendo fans a sports sim to enjoy.

This is great to hear. It was on sale all weekend so I ordered a copy for my 7 y/o. He'll get a kick out of seeing his name as a player in RTTS.

When was the last year you played before this one? I actually think 22 is the worst iteration yet, but still the best sports game out there. RTTS is broken again which used to be the best game mode.

Actually, never. We've had Xboxes the past few generations so this is the first time. My son downloaded it on game pass for the series S when it dropped but I didn't play it, just watched him some.
