It could honestly be 5-10 years to run off a main trunk to a neighborhood.
Do you have cable internet or other internet already?
If not, probably quicker. If so, probably not a priority.

We currently have 2 options for internet. Cable and AT&T DSL both of which have meh speeds and high prices for our area.
