This team has all the talent that they need to suceed at every postion we have depth that many teams don't have. The only problem with this them IMO is the leadership someone needs to step up and show some leadership. Dickson, T. Jackson, Hatch, Scott, LaFell can someone please grow some BALLS!!!

Dorsey, Doucet, Flynn, Hester, Zenon, Jackson—last year's team was packed full of leader types, we were exceptionally deep in this "intangible" area. I'm not knocking this year's team, but we don't seem to have have that abundance of leadership talent this year. Home games v. UGA and 'Bama could take care of that. I bet we see some guys step up in a very noticeable way over the next six weeks.

I hope so because that is the only thing i think that we are lacking.
