re: Summer League Stats

This is such a bad take. lsufball19 listed the stats. He was better in every category except HR's. What I don't think most of you realize is that Thompson is going to be a 2nd or 3rd round pick next year... The guy has range. From what I see, he tries to rush the routine throws and/or tries to throw it through Morgan's glove. He also needs to get out of his own head. If we didn't have the luxury of having a top 5 guy to ever play college baseball, or the other two all-americans in the line-up, Thompson would be our biggest offensive threat. The guy is going to play in the league. Beside Crews and maaaybe Berry, I believe Thompson will have the longest career in the majors.
