While I agree, Dylan Klebold, one of the Columbine shooters, by all accounts grew up going to church with a loving family and involved parents.

Unfortunately, there aren't one-size-fits-all explanations or solutions for these people. There have been studies which actually suggest psychopathy is mostly hereditary, so sometimes a bad seed might simply be that.
