Indeed.
Anything that forces issues back into the legislative process is a win. We're so far removed from that process now that our Legislature is damn near useless. That's also why I believe the EPA ruling was a good one. It essentially says that the Legislative Branch should set major policy in regards to environmental issues. The EPA should function as a regulatory body as it was intended. If the "Climate Crisis" is of such concern that it requires broad, sweeping policy changes that fundamentally alter our nation's energy production, then those policies should originate in the Federal Legislature.
Make the Legislature do their fricking job and legislate!

I don't see in the constitution the federal legislature has that power, ALSO a state issue.
