The problem is he is insinuating that abortions aren’t possible in those situations now after the scotus ruling.

When I’m fact now the states will get to debate the specific issues and decide. If those constituents don’t like the law they can vote in new representatives that will change it.

Kind of like a democratic republic was intended to function. Not a panel of 9 unelected officials dictating federal law
