That's not bad. I have an internet service that uses cell phone towers in the area. It gets around 25 coming down, and about 1.5 to 3 going up. It's $130 a month. Alternative is CenturyLink dsl which only gets 4/.7. Used to get 8 down, but main system got damaged somehow in Laura and they said they weren't going to fix it. That was only $25 a month, but was terrible.
One perk about mine is that the router receives all of the signal and puts out two separate bandwidths. I can take it anywhere, just needs a 110v power supply. As long as there is cell signal, I can have wifi anywhere.
