Chiropractic can help. Just make sure you find a good one. Massage therapy can also help. PT helps some people but didn't help me at all. A doctor can prescribe steroids and muscle relaxers which will give some relief. The injections in the lower back can help a lot but God help you if you ever get one that fails. That is pain you will never forget.
