So HOU won the trade? I don’t think he was a real problem in HOU he just doesn’t fit the timeline. they want to play the young guys.

Even trade IMO.

Houston clears room for their young guys to get experience and Dallas gets an upgrade at a position of need on an expiring deal.

I'm not sure why so many Houston fans are bashing this move. He's a clear upgrade to Powell at center and if he acts like an a-hole Dallas will let him walk when the season is done. It's not like the Mavs gave up any rotation players to get him either.

Talk about someone that just fell off a cliff

The fact we got him for basically the No. 26 pick is beyond solid for me. I know the draft is very deep this year, but the odds of an immediate solid contributor coming from there is slim

Don't forget Tim Hardaway Jr. comes back. Assuming we sign Brunson, you're looking at a second team of Dinwiddie-THJ-Bullock-Bertans-Powell

I think for the moment I’ll give this Nike baw the benefit of the doubt.

I'd say the Dinwiddie trade has him on the good side of the meter to start
