Tesla files for 3-1 split.

This is the kind of cheesy stuff you see when companies know that there is trouble and are desperate to put a floor under their stock price.
Not necessarily trouble with the company, but with the economy and markets.
TSLA splitting again.
TSLA jumped 18 points after the announcement but is pulling back now.
AMZN,GOOGL,SHOP all splitting.
Maybe AMZN can announce another split, they have already lost their "post split" bounce.

Yeah worst stock pick i have made in my 4 years of investing was buying AMZN right after 20 for 1 stock split announcement
And i nearly sold it a few days later with only a 50 dollar loss . Finger was on the button and didnt pull trigger
