re: LSU fans asking why hasn’t LSU offered Curly Reed and Jordan Matthews?

This is exactly what I was noticing. It’s not the fact that this staff sucks at recruiting. They’re being very selective and evaluating thoroughly. Also, while the emphasis has been and will always be get the best talent out of Louisiana, Kelly brought in some Louisiana ties but also guys that can recruit other regions of the country. It’s a damn process and in my opinion we’ve gained favorable ground with guys out of state.
