Possibly not? We’d be coming off our 5th straight 8-4/7-5 season, trying to round up the money to buy out Jimbo’s ridiculous contract. Exactly what state do you think we’re in? We’re gonna be competing for the West in ‘23. It’s still cool to come to LSU. Even if the big national recruits don’t sign, they all put us in their top 5 or so. Our brand is still very strong, Brian Kelly is probably a top 5-7 coach in CFB and put together a tremendous staff. Your idea of our “current state” is fricking delusional.
