I don't remember which coach said it (maybe more than one), but the quote was essentially..."it's not the guys you don't get that hurt you, it's the ones you do get that can't play".
One thing that I think is noteworthy re: Sharpe is he smoked at most of the EYBL and Peachjam stuff...scored efficiently and a bunch. So it's not like he is just a big frame, big vertical jump guy that needs to learn to play basketball.
