It looks like (to me) he is getting better every game. NOt talking NUMBERS. Just by watching him. One int last week was not really his fault(still shouldnt of thrown it) and the other was just bad. Every week he just looks better. Compared to some of the Qb in the sec he is an average QB i would say. Whats your thoughts?

For some reason, I've got a lot of confidence every time he drops back to pass that he'll find an open receiver. He's performing up to my expectations. He could be a GREAT one some day...

Yea, he looks great underthrowing long balls, throwing behind receivers on the slant, and throwing pick sixes. I like the kid, but he needs to mature quicker. He has not been sacked nearly enough to have the happy feet. IMO he has a decent arm and seems to know the playbook. I would like to see more confidence in the pocket and making big plays. He has the tools, I just expected him to play better against UF. We will be fine against USCe, but UGA & UAt may eat his lunch.

He's starting his 3rd game as a 19 yr old this week. How quickly would you expect him to mature?

He's stood strong in the pocket and taken some MONSTER hits during his short tenure. Watch the Auburn & UF games again.

To me, he's seems pretty confident in the pocket. He does seem to dump it off to his short receivers too soon rather than letting someone get open further down the field. Maybe that's because he doesn't want to get destroyed by a DE, so I guess I can agree with some of what you're saying.

I'm less concerned about our offense in these games, and more concerned about our defense

He's a 19 year old boy... and plays like a 24 year old man
