I'm glad you got an apples to apples comparison. They're not close in my opinion.
IMAX used to be filmed on 70mm film as opposed to 35mm. The resolution was about 10x better as a result.
Digital IMAX is basically just branding now. The increased resolution is no more and most of the theaters are just retrofitted, sometimes with the same screen as before.
Dolby is the best premium theater experience at the moment. Dolby Vision & Dolby Atmos combined with their seats is fantastic.
I've never seen a Regal ScreenX movie before but I'm curious about that experience.
