Both of these require you to be a man (you can then cry like a bitch afterwards. Don't worry about it, everybody does 
):
1) hold Listerine in your mouth for and swish for as long as possible, multiple times a day.
2) Same process, but with Everclear.

Try it with Dr. Tichenor's. Listerine is like candy compared to this stuff.
