Yes it will. A device is out that will prevent it. You have to remove it everytime you get out or it won't work

Friend of mine works on 35 about 2 miles south of 20. Parked his Chevy. In his lot by frontage road. Car rolls up and guy gets out. 30 seconds later he is leaving lot and on 35 in the truck and the car following. Never found it
