I can see him making the roster at tight end. Adam Trautman is overrated to me, and have not been impressive at all since coming here.

my only concern ... is he "physical enough" to consistently and effectively block LB's allowing the RB's to break runs for 7, 10, 15+ yds.
SAINTS have receivers that can catch, Dee would be a wasted spot on the 53-man roster if he can't run block.

Here is Anderson's draft profile:
Strengths
- Top-shelf balance and the lower-body strength to power through arm tackles.
- Has very good vision to set up his moves with impressive run-after the- catch ability.
- Solidly built with good overall size and bulk - has long arms and does a nice job extending to create a large catching radius.
- A tall, imposing wideout with long arms and big hands.
- Very soft, natural hands to cleanly catch away from his frame.
- Concentration is excellent.
- Has the lateral agility and strength to get into and out of routes smoothly.
- Balanced, savvy route runner with top field awareness, setting up and selling routes beautifully.
- Has top focus and does a nice job catching the ball in stride.
- Decisive runner who doesn't go down easily despite his size.
- Goes up high for jump balls.
- Good flexibility and reach to snatch back-shoulder throws.

Weaknesses
- Comes off the snap high and upright, and doesn't get to top speed quickly.
- Not sudden or elusive.
- Does not own elite speed.
- Freezes at times when trying to juke defenders in space.
- Walls off his man as a blocker, allowing them to shed and make the play outside.
- Hands are good, not great.
- Will drop some easy balls and sometimes will body catch.
- Occasionally fails to high point.

SAINTS have 7 TE on the roster most who have been playing the position for years and can run block consistently
