Do MLS teams have a juniors league?

I was at the Baltimore airport last night and saw a bunch of different teams there (Inter Miami, Austin FC, etc.) but all of the players looked to be between 15-18. It seemed like every team was at the airport going to their respective cities. Does anyone know if there was a juniors tournament in Baltimore this weekend? TIA.

Maybe MLS next kids from their Academies? I have no idea what would have been going on in Baltimore.
