Banks is emblematic of a LOT of the problems in EBR.
She tried to frick one of the other districts by replacing deceased white Republican councilman Buddy Amoroso with a black liberal Democrat. When Tara Wicker broke ranks and refused to play along, she got petty and did shite like force council meetings at times when Wicker was supposed to be elsewhere simply out of spite.
