I can see Tuckers argument. No talk show or any other format would play a full 90sec trailer on their show. They play clips. They had booked the guest before ever having knowledge that a trailer would be available. Tuckers focus was on allegations and substance. Denish wanted to turn it into a purely promotional segment.
I also find it curious that the email chain begins with the producers response email. You can tell there is some catty animus there and that something must have preceeded this.
The show was pissed that Denish pulled a guest last minute leaving them scrambling to find something to fill the segment. Now I understand why the movie wasn't mentioned the second time around.

Terrible take and pathetic standing up for the news outlet who called Arizona early and helped rig the election.
The length is one thing, but you do not cut out the references to the movie. You can’t show content without referencing the movie or giving credit. It’s wrong and it’s so obvious why Fox was doing it.
