I would argue they are underreported. Nobody cares about the junkies dying, you never hear of those cases.
Locally, when a bad batch comes in town, there will easily be 3-4 or more deaths from fentanyl OD.

I agree. You only read about it when it’s a West Point student or some high school or college honor student. When it’s a habitual drug user who dies, it’s just marked down as another OD.
