I've found using B&B Charcoal last alot longer than some of the others. If you haven't tried it, give it shot.

I've also seen some mods people have done installing a vent slide in the back that helps

I have the Weber Genesis. Great grill. The test for any gas grill is can you grill chicken without flair-ups. This one passes that test. Cooks chicken to perfection at low setting. It holds a steady 300 degrees.

Santa brought me a Pit Boss and I love it. Before the pellet grill, I never had the time, skill or patience for brisket, ribs, etc, but this thing does an amazing job and is almost foolproof. Highly recommended!

Definitely leaning towards one of the Pit Boss grills. Thanks for the input, everyone
