The irony of the NIL and transfer rules is that they should give the mid level schools a better chance to compete with the elites, but in reality it’s going to widen the gap.

I suspect that this is what is going to happen too. Some smaller programs may be able to upgrade here and there and score a coup, but the rich will likely just end up getting richer.
