If so, what's your setup?

I've got a CNC4Newbies New Carve 48" x 48", started with an X-Carve and upgraded to this one a few years ago. I'm still using the Dewalt router but have had a water cooled spindle since I got the new machine and just haven't gotten around to setting it up and honestly haven't felt the need to.
I also have an Aufero Laser 2, both are fun to play around with and I've made a few bucks here and there making random things.

I have a 24”x24” 3axis. Use Carveco Maker for 3D cuts. Carbide Create for 2d cuts. Cutting poplar, red oak and cutting boards from Bamboo and some mahogany.

Thinking of getting an X-Carve myself but not sure if it's worth the extra money vs a Shapeoko seeing as I would only sometimes use it.

What do you have/are getting?

Nothing at the time but thinking about a cnc or laser engraver. All just for hobby fun stuff.

I've got a grunblau 24x36. I love it.

I use Fusion 360 and Mach 3. Nice side hustle.

Same path as well. Started with XCarve. Bumped up to a CNC4Newbies with a Demon Controller. Upgraded from router to a VFD and 2.2 kw spindle. Love the ability to control spindle speed via Gcode. CNC4N is built like a tank. I had the XCarve for 4 years and the CNC4N for 3. I've cut all variations of wood stock as well as brass and aluminum with the CNC4N.
