I saw a big congregation of water moccasins at Saline Lake once.Probably 200,maybe more.They weren’t in a pile,they were all laying on logs,branches,etc in a small area.
It was right by Youngbloods Landing for those familiar with Saline-Larto.
Gave me the creeps,I don’t much like water moccasins,especially when one falls in the boat.

I've told the story here about the lady I know who had a rattle snake orgy on her front porch one night in tbe late Spring/early Summer. She said there were at least a couple hundred, all on her porch furniture and the porch itself.
