re: How do you deal with employees destroying bathrooms?

I’d have a full staff meeting and inform them of the issues. Then I would tell them the bathrooms are to remain locked and you must get a key from the manager on duty. Upon return of the key the manager will take a quick check of the restroom. Should put a stop to that behavior quite quickly.
