SEC Baseball Powers & Postseason

Sure the baseball team is having its struggles, and the SEC is beating up on each other all year. LSU will be playing their best ball at the end of the year and will likely do well in the postseason against non-SEC teams.

I’m not saying this is a National Championship team. But let’s keep cheering on this team and see what magic they can come up with later in the year.

Most rational fans know, and understand this.

The problem is, the majority of the posters here aren't rational fans.

At this juncture . . .

UTenn and Arky look like national seed locks.

Then, there are about 10 SEC teams all about the same. I could see where 1 or 2 more emerge as national seeds and 1 or 2 miss the tournament.

I think that's the window of opportunity. Get hot. Win all 5 of the remaining series. Could be a national seed. Lose all five and not sure we make the field.
