Again, as an example, if a poor free throw shooter shot 1000 FT per day, would he get better if he shot 2000 instead of 1000? The answer is almost certainly no, because 1000 is more than enough.
Now I'm not advocating for any player to be lazy. But it's universally known that practicing 24/7 is not necessary. There's a point at which additional practice time is not helpful. Diminishing returns.
That's my point.
