Yes, No. 18 should be worn by a veteran player that shows the true grit, heart, and character of a Tiger player. While No. 7 should be worn by the best DB period.

18 & 7 are cool traditions. Kids in HS dream of coming here an wearing 7. Just because Sting got her and Chase opted out doesn’t mean it’s ruined now.

It's what recruits want and what player want at the end of the day... So if the best players want 7 he will get it and then we will see and hear all the complaints or the cheers of how great he plays or doesn't
