You right. There are good places all around. Oakleigh is just turrible. And it legit went to shite WHILE we lived there. I called the office and they said "No we do not rent to Section 8".
Turns out it was a different label for the same bullshite. I notice in early 2013 a lot of MFers not going to work every day like most people in apartments under 70 yrs old.
