I really don't think the fielding errors are a "COACHING" problem. These players come here with the basic knowledge of how to "field" a baseball. They have the knowledge of how to field the ball they just don't have the skill and talent to do it consistently.

You don’t get to Top D1 college baseball without the talent or skill to field. This is a mental issue.
