Everybody has their price. For me, it would be far less that $1.9m.
My adult brother committed suicide at home. It was far less gruesome than this, but was disclosed (required) when the house was put on the market and probably resulted in about a 10% hit on the sale $$.

Damn that's tough. Sorry to hear it. Aren't realtors required to disclose that upon contract time?
